My plan for developing these skills is practice. I have never really had to use these skills to much, but when I have had needed them I was wishing I had them. One way that I can develop them is through various jobs and responsibilities.
The assessments were good I didn't think that the online one was as accurate as the book assessment was. It said that trouble shooting, repairing, and active listening were my top 3 skills. And that an electrician was the top career. I am not sure at the moment exactly what type of careers these skills would lead to but i am sure there are quite a few. The majority of the careers would probably be out side jobs, or hands on jobs.
